This is not a Pre-Order. This item is boxed up and ready to ship USPS Priority Mail and you will have it 2 to 5 days after the auction closes.This system includes the Special Edition Metallic Silver Black Guitar Hero DS Lite featuring the Guitar Hero LOGO. In addition you get the Guitar Hero "On Tour" Game System.This system was purchased at my local Wal-Mart Store. A photocopy of the receipt comes with the item for warranty purposes. Any and all warranty and return issues must be handled through Wal-Mart (where purchased) and/or Nintendo. CANADIAN BUYERS:I will only ship this item by USPS Priority International Mail (NO EXCEPTIONS). The Customs form will read Nintendo Game System, EBAY Purchase, and will show the ACTUAL auction closing cost in the items value section. Due to international law I can not mark this item as a gift. I do not make exceptions to these rules, shipping insurance will only pay me what the stated value of the item was on the customs forms and marking this as a gift is against the law.
